What is ODYXOS?
An operating system for construction, renovation and design-and-build businesses. It connects sales, surveys and drawings, estimating, proposals, contracts, site work, purchasing, team and finance in one system, so every department works from the same records.
Who is it for?
Small and medium renovation companies, design-and-build firms, builders, specialist contractors (kitchens, bathrooms, installations) and interior design studios. It is not designed for large multi-storey developers.
Can I start using it today?
ODYXOS is in early access. You can book a demo now; accounts are opened in small groups while production sign-in and durable data storage are completed.
Which countries and languages?
Spain and the United Kingdom: currencies, IVA/VAT and several legal entities are supported. The application interface is currently in Spanish; an English interface is planned. Demos are available in English and Spanish.
Do I have to replace my accounting software?
No. ODYXOS issues invoices with correct numbering and sends them to Holded, Xero or QuickBooks. These connections are in beta: built and tested, and being validated with live accounts.
Can clients see my costs and margins?
No. Clients see their own project through the portal. Inside your team, cost, margin and forecast are removed on the server for roles without permission.
How does AI work, and what does it cost?
ORA answers from your records and only acts when you confirm. Specialist agents help with estimates, quantities, buying and moodboards. AI features are in beta. Under the proposed pricing, chargeable AI actions use credits whose cost is shown before you run them.
Does it work on site without signal?
Clock-ins are queued offline and sent when the signal returns. Offline drafts for notes, photos and checklists are planned.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — ODYXOS Go installs from the browser on iPhone and Android. Native store apps are in beta.
Can ODYXOS take payments from my clients?
Not yet. Online payments on invoices and in the client portal are the first planned feature after general availability.
Can I import my existing data?
You can import leads from a spreadsheet, supplier tariffs from a file or a paste, and drawings as DXF, PDF or images. For larger migrations we help during onboarding.
Where is my data and who can see it?
Each company’s data is kept separate from every other company and resolved on the server. ODYXOS runs on Cloudflare’s network; the production database and file storage are being completed as part of general availability.
How much does it cost?
Proposed launch pricing starts at €89 / £79 a month for Starter, with unlimited field users on every plan. See the pricing page; prices are confirmed before any early-access account is charged.
