Who is responsible. ODYXOS is responsible for the personal data sent through this website.

What we collect. Only what you type in the demo or contact form: name, work email, company, optional phone, country, company size, type of business, your interests and your message.

Why. To answer your request and, if you ask for it, to arrange a demo. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract.

Who receives it. Our email delivery provider, only to deliver your request to our team. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long. Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent, through the contact form. You can also complain to your data protection authority (AEPD in Spain, ICO in the UK).

Cookies. This website does not use cookies or analytics trackers.

This notice covers this website only. The ODYXOS application has its own terms and data-processing agreement for customers.
