ODYX Intelligence

AI that works from your data — and asks before it acts.

ORA, the operations assistant, and a set of specialist agents inside the modules. Built on one principle: figures come from your records, not from a language model.

Answers from your records

ORA reads through the same services as the screens and respects every permission. Numbers in its answers are taken from your data.

Acts only when you confirm

Today ORA can approve timesheets and absences, review notes, create a note and move a task — each through a button you tap.

Agents that ask, not invent

The estimating, zone, buying and moodboard agents ask for what is missing and show the source of each figure.

Capabilities

What exists today, and what is next.

ORA is a command assistant with a defined set of tools. Multi-step actions, a business memory and an execution log are on the roadmap.

AI site & client progress reports

Weekly client updates and site reports drafted from your diary, photos and progress — reviewed before sending.

Planned

ORA, the operations assistant

Ask about today, money, projects or people; ORA answers from your records and can take a few actions — only when you tap to confirm.

  • Daily briefing, who is on site, money position, search
  • Five confirmed actions (approve timesheets, absences, notes, tasks)
  • Takes you to the right screen
  • On web and mobile

A command assistant with a fixed set of tools — not yet an autonomous agent. No multi-step actions or business memory.

Voice in and out

Talk to ORA and dictate notes; answers can be read aloud.

  • Browser speech recognition
  • Dictation in site notes
  • Spoken answers

Depends on browser support (not Firefox); server voice needs a provider.

Specialist AI agents

Task agents inside the modules: estimate, zone, buying, moodboard, property research, newsletter and prospecting.

  • Show the source of each figure
  • Ask for missing data instead of inventing it

Live model behaviour not verified in the audit environment.

BetaProfessional

AI usage limits per user and company

AI is a permission, with daily limits per person and per company.

  • Role permission to use AI
  • Daily limits

Receipt reading (OCR) is not yet routed through the limits.

LiveStarter

Transparent AI credits with cost shown before running

Every chargeable AI action shows its credit cost before you run it; monthly allowance and balance always visible.

Planned

Multi-step agent actions with approvals

ORA plans a sequence, shows each change and executes step by step with your approval and a full log.

Planned
Transparent credits

You see the cost before you run it.

No tokens, no surprises. Chargeable AI and processing actions will show their credit cost before they run; each plan includes a monthly allowance, and nothing is charged above your balance without asking.

Planned The credit system is proposed. Today AI use is controlled by daily limits per user and per company.

Boundaries

A business assistant, on purpose.

  • ORA can only do what a registered ODYXOS tool does — no web browsing and no general-knowledge answers.
  • AI is a role permission; daily limits apply per person and per company.
  • Several AI providers can be configured; the choice is the company’s.
  • AI features are in beta: behaviour with live models is still being validated.

Every feature marked Live has been verified in the current build with demonstration data. Accounts for customer companies are opened through the early-access programme while production sign-in and durable data storage are completed. Availability & roadmap
